By accessing or using this wellness platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
2. Description of Services
The Platform provides a digital wellness service offering frequency therapy sessions, natural herbal medicine products, and an AI-powered income generation engine. Our services include but are not limited to: audio frequency therapy playback, curated herbal product recommendations, wellness tracking, and autonomous revenue generation tools.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.
4. AI Income Engine
The AI Income Engine is an automated revenue generation tool. Revenue yields are variable and depend on your selected tier, market conditions, and platform activity. We do not guarantee any specific level of income. Users acknowledge that the AI Income Engine involves financial risk and that past performance does not guarantee future results.
5. Wellness Products & Services
Frequency therapy sessions and herbal medicine products are provided for general wellness purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Users should consult qualified healthcare professionals before beginning any wellness program or using herbal products, especially if pregnant, nursing, or taking medications.
6. Payments & Refunds
Subscription fees for the AI Income Engine are billed monthly in advance. Herbal product purchases are final upon shipment. Refund requests for defective or damaged products must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, health outcomes, or data loss.
